Started his career in Rotterdam as a commercial broker. Skilled in Real Estate Economics & Transactions, Investments, Asset Management and Leasing. Strong people manager with a focus on building excellent and committed business teams, demonstrated through a remarkable track record of success. With Mark’s leadership, Mica Real Estate thrives as a force to be reckoned with in the real estate industry.
Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mica Real Estate with 15 years of experience in the European real estate private equity industry via companies Fortress Investment Group and JLL. Started his career in Amsterdam as a research analyst. Skilled in Market Intelligence & Research, Investments, Portfolio and Asset Management with a MSc focused in Real Estate from Delft University of Technology. Strong strategic and analytic player with extensive market intelligence for long-term rational solutions. With Timo’s guidance, Mica Real Estate navigate the real estate landscape with confidence and success.
